What kind of personal data do we collect?
When you visit Company’s headquarters on the website, contact us by e-mail, by mail or phone, we may collect the following information:

Where can we disclose your personal data?
We may disclose your personal data to personal processors who provide us with services or works (information technology, software maintenance and administration services, security services, document archiving service providers, etc.) and manage your data on behalf of the Company as data controller. How are your personal data processed?
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the requirements of the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts.

When managing your personal data, we implement organizational and technical measures that ensure the protection of personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, disclosure, and any other unlawful processing.
How long do we keep your data?
In cases where your personal data will be in the texts of the relevant documents (contracts, orders, requests, etc.), we will archive them and keep them in accordance with the terms specified in the General Documentation Term Deposit approved by the Order of the Chief Archivist of Lithuania.
We promise that in all cases we will protect your personal data for no longer than required by the purposes of the data processing, or provided by law, if they contain a longer data retention period.
What are your rights?
You have the right:
- submit a written request to us to provide you with information on whether the data relating to you are being processed and, if so processed, to have access to your personal data and to the following information: purposes of data processing; the categories of relevant personal data; data recipients or categories of recipients to whom your personal data have been or will be disclosed; where possible, the retention period of the personal data or, if not possible, the criteria for determining that period;
- require you to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data relating to you;
- require that we delete your personal data. Nevertheless, this right is not absolute and can be justified if there is at least one of the following reasons: personal data are no longer needed to achieve the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed; You have decided to revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data when your personal data are processed solely on the basis of consent and there are no other grounds for processing your personal data; Your personal data has been processed illegally; Your data must be deleted when we have an obligation to do so;
- to require that the processing of your personal data be restricted in one of the following cases: You dispute the accuracy of the data for the period during which we can verify the accuracy of your personal data; The processing of your personal data is unlawful and you do not agree to the deletion of your data and instead request that you limit its use; we no longer need your data for data processing purposes, but you need them to bring, execute or defend legal requirements. We will respond to the requests, complaints or claims received in writing in accordance with the procedures and terms established by legal acts and will endeavor to provide you with information as soon as possible, but not later than within 30 days of receipt of your request.
If, upon application, complaint or claim, we have suspicions about the identity of the applicant, we have the right to request the applicant’s identity document.
If we fail to provide you with the necessary information and / or have claims regarding the processing of your personal data, you have the right to apply to the State Data Protection Inspectorate for a complaint.
